Create PDF Files using MS-Office SaveAsPdfandXPS add-on

Invented by Adobe Systems and perfected over 17 years, Portable Document Format (PDF) is the global standard for capturing and reviewing rich information from almost any application on any computer system and sharing it with virtually anyone, anywhere. PDF preserves the exact formatting and styling of documents. It doesn’t loose its formatting whether you intend to reproduce it via electronic media or view it online. It is widely used for creating ebooks and agreements forms. If you have written certain documents in MS- office then you can directly convert them into PDF format by using SaveAsPDFandXPS addon.

SaveAsPDFandXPS in Microsoft-Office eliminates the hassle of converting Word Documents into PDF by using third party or online tools. But still, you cannot open the PDF format files using MS-Office. To open PDF files you have to use PDF Softwares like Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader etc.

How to Create PDF Files Using MS-Office: SaveAsPdfandXPS

First of all, Download and install SaveAsPDFandXPS.
Now open MS-WordOffice/Power Point/Excell etc and create your file.
To save the file in PDF format
Got Save As choose PDF and XPS option.

Then simply type file name and click on "Publish" button.

You will get your document in PDF format.

Recovering Deleted Files, Pictures & Videos

So many times we accidently delete some important files, pictures or videos. Sometimes we loose files because of unexpected system failure ( ultimately causing system format). We can get our deleted files back using Recovery Softwares/Utilities. Even though a file was deleted there is a good chance that contents of the file are still around. When a file is deleted the contents of the file are not removed. Only a pointer to the file in the file system table is deleted. It is very important to immediately stop writing to the storage device that previously contained your files/pictures so that the old file contents are not overwritten. In celebration of Robert Moog’s 78th birthday, Google has created an epic Google Doodle to honor founder of Moog Music , pioneer of electronic music , best known as the inventor of the Moog synthesizer .The Doodle presents an interactive Moog synthesizer .
