Disable Security Center Popup Notifications in Windows Vista

The Security Center Popup Notifications of Windows are really very annoying. Some times they just drive you crazy!!   Here are some steps to disable them:   1- Double click the security center icon to open it. 2- Click “Change the way Security Center alerts me”. You will see a dialog with three choices. 3- Choose the last choice if you want to disable the security popups. If for some reason you need to restore the security popups again, follow the steps above and choose “Yes, notify me and display the icon” and you will again start getting annoyed!(Lolz), just kidding, these notifications are actually important, if your system is under threat.

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window

Sometimes you may face this problem, you are trying to open Microsoft Outlook but it shows following screen: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook, Cannot open the Outlook widnow". So, what is the solution? how should I resolve this problem? There is a simple way to do it. Just follow the steps given below: 1) Go to RUN 2) Type "Outlook.exe /resetnavpane" 3) Press enter and Your Outlook will start working, you will be able to open it.

Check file extensions in windows vista/7

In Windows you can't see file extensions (by default).  You still will be able to see your files extensions if needed by simply following these steps: 1- Click Start button. 2- In search field type folder options and click “Folder Options” 3- Wait for a while, link for “Folder Options” will appear 4- Click the link for Folder Options   5- The Folder Options dialog box will appear 6- UnCheck   “Hide extensions for known file types” 7- Click OK button You will now be able to see the file extensions!!!

How to know if your computer is Windows 7 ready?

Adding Watermark to Word Document

According to wikipedia, A watermark is a recognizable image or pattern in paper that appears as various shades of lightness/darkness . Now a days everyone is aware of a water mark.
